Be Well in the Big House ‘26

Michigan Stadium, Ann Arbor

In partnership with U-M Arts Initiative & MHealthy

At Be Well in the Big House, a campus-wide wellness event at Michigan Stadium, about 150 participants helped carve four original linocut posters celebrating the arts as a tool for well-being. Bettina Senga designed all four posters and prepped the carving blocks and materials ahead of time, then was on site for the full 4-hour-15-minute activity to handle setup, share safety guidance, teach carving, and chat with participants, with support staff from the U-M Arts Initiative.

After the event, she finished the carving, hand-printed every poster, and digitized them so each participant received a copy of the poster they helped make. She also gathered event photography and video for the partner teams and produced a fun event summary video.
